he press is not free to publish false information about anyone >>>>
faux news isn't the 'press.' It's a propaganda enterprise, with the intent of helping fascists destroy our nation, and put it in the hands of corporations, and religious fanatics. And actually, they've done a fairly good job of it.

"On Thursday's "Countdown," Keith Olbermann talks to attorney Howard Cooper, who represented Massachusetts Superior Court Judge Ernest Murphy in his successful libel lawsuit against the Boston Herald and the reporter, Dave Wedge."
HOPEFULLY, and rightfully so, it should soon read:
On Thursday's "Countdown," Keith Olbermann talks to attorney Howard Cooper, who represented Massachusetts Superior Court Judge Ernest Murphy in his successful libel lawsuit against the FOX NEWS NETWORK and the reporter, BILL O'REILLY.

"The press is not free to publish false information about anyone - intending that it will cause a public furor, while knowingly, or in reckless disregard of, its falsity." Perhaps Olbermann should learn to practice this. Him and the entire nazi liberal media prints crap like that every day. And he's talking about O'Reilly? Ha! O'Reilly is a better journalist and commentator than Olbermann by a long shot. When O'Reilly speaks things get done. Governments take action. It gets proven all the time. Olbermann is a fourth rate chump compared to O'Reilly. Olbermann should quit the business.

I don't know the facts on this.Having said that You will not go more than a few days without Olbermann trashing the president or Bill O'Reilly. For a while I would check out MSNBC before watching O'Reilly just to see if Bill was one of the 5 stories Keith was covering that night. More often than not Keith had a story bashing Bill.I think at this point Olbermann is obsessed with O'Reilly almost to the point of it being maybe a sexual thing ?.....ooooga!!

After hearing O'Reilly claim to be an astronaut and a combat veteran (and loudly argue with anyone who contracticts this)--although he's never been in the military, and has never been closer to combat than Buenos Aires during the Falklands crisis, I tend to believe that he just lives in an alcohol induced (where'dja git that nose, Bill?) haze, and pretty much anything he says is a product of either alcohol-induced rage, or alcohol-induced hallucinations.

They are both fools looking for ratings, and anyone who thinks one is better than the other is a fool also.
