A few weeks of reruns has led me to ponder some intensely pondersome thoughts about the intensely successful show we call The Office. I've come up with ten reasons why the show is still with us today.

all network television is the same brain numbing repetative slop bundled up to pass the screening of 12 year olds who actually beta test it before it is released. i.e. if a 12 year old can understand it it makes it on the network. Comforting no?

Anyone who has worked in an office environment will recognized these well crafted caricatures of their co-workers. Jan and Michael's "coming out" at the company party was one of the best cringe inducing episodes ever.

it's still around becuase people can relate to it, if they work in an office enviroment

  You don't have to work in an office to relate to the characters. I had some similar characters in high school/college. Good times

Bite your tongue! This is one of the best show on television! I only watch a couple of things each week, and The Office is at the top of my "MUST NOT MIS" list!

  I had missed most of this show then I caught the X-mas episode last year and was hooked. I agree 100% I love this show!
